These primers are manufactured to exact specifications to ensure consistency from shot to shot. All primers are continuously and rigorously tested for consistency and sensitivity at temperatures and environmental conditions well outside the normal operating range. Winchester guarantees precisely controlled primer mixture weights, consistency in size and quality, precise measurements and tolerances for anvil heights, and resistance to extreme temperatures and humidity.
