Vihtavuori N565 Powder has many sporting uses, especially in long range shooting, despite its origins as a military sniper’s powder. The 7mm Rem. Magnum,.30-06,.300 Win. Mag.,.300 Norma Mag., and.338 Norma Mag. will all find the N565 to be an excellent choice.
The N565 grains are physically the same size as the N560 powder grains. It ensures good loadability and uniformity and flows through powder measures without any issues, as do all Vihtavuori powders. Vihtavuori N565 Powder burns at a rate that is somewhat closer to N570, roughly splitting the difference between the two. A single perforated extruded powder with a bulk density of 960 g/l and an energy content of 4000 J/g is known as Vihtavuori N565.
